The third day of this double exposure brings you to the landing pad and an escort to your passenger seat in a helicopter. It’s off to the most remote and fantastic glacial features of the Matanuska Glacier to enjoy the rest of your day ice climbing. Professional guides help you scale giant ice walls and explore the deep blue crevasses of the glacier. The glacial adventure doesn’t stop there. An overnight glacier experience waits back at a prepared camp for you.
Eat a gourmet meal around a fire and retire to a private tent. The next morning starts with hot coffee, a hearty breakfast, and some morning adventures on the glacier.
